FAQ

FAQ

what should i bring?

There’s an old backpacker saying: “when travelling bring half the amount of luggage, and double the amount of money you think you need”
Not to that extreme, but it is hot in Thailand, and there are many opportunities to buy different clothes than what you’ll find back at home. (See additional costs below)
We recommend bringing casual beach wear type clothes for at least one week as laundry service will be available, and at least one warm outfit (if you’re flying internationally that should be a given). A hat, sunscreen, water bottle, beach towel, sunglasses, at least one book for chill time - there’ll be a lot of that - and if you feel like journalling bring one too.

Any Additional Costs

All meals, accommodation, internal travel and standard therapies/activities are included.
We’d recommend bringing additional cash (or debit card to withdraw from ATM) this will go towards:

  • Drinks and snacks

  • Shopping/gifts to take home

  • Additional activities not on the standard agenda

  • SIM card when you arrive in Chiang Mai

Cancellation policy is dependent on which party is cancelling.

MTR cancel for any reason pre-retreat they will refund the deposit and any other moneys paid in full.

If the customer cancels at any time they receive all their money back, minus the deposit and any non-refundable services MTR have paid for out of the balance.
